Making Disciples

We are a group of people who love Jesus and want to love Him more tomorrow than we do today. For that reason, we meet together in small and large groups regularly to study the Scriptures and strengthen our discipleship.

Teaching Fellowships - Sunday from 10:00 - 10:45

Come every week or as you are able. You're always welcome.

Don't miss these opportunities for meeting over coffee for fellowship and conversation about the Bible and Biblical issues with like-minded friends. An added attraction - babysitting and solid Bible teaching for the children from infant through high school is provided.

Current Teaching Fellowships

Stories and Signs – This Class focuses on Jesus’ Parables and Miracles. It meets in Room 203 and is taught by Greg Shear and Ron Miller. The first six session take up familiar parables that show how Jesus understood the advance of His Kingdom through and in us.

Who is the Holy Spirit – This is a video by renown pastor and teacher Sinclair Ferguson. Each video is 24 minutes long with discussion following. This class will meet in Room 204 and will be led by Rick Kirgis and Joe Robinson. This fellowship develops our understanding and appreciation of the Spirit by a Biblical survey of His work that begins in Genesis and continues throughout the Bible.

Starting September 17th

Starting September 17th, at 10 am to 10:45 on the second floor, are opportunities for meeting over coffee, for fellowship, and for conversation about the Bible and Biblical issues with like-minded friends. An added attraction - babysitting and solid Bible teaching for the children from infant through high school is also provided.

There are three options that run from September 17th through December 3rd. They are:

1.     Jesus the Savior: Meeting in Room 201. This teaching fellowship is a study of the Gospels focusing on Jesus as Savior and Risen King with a focus on the redemptive plan of God found throughout the Bible. If you want a discussion format that will enhance your understanding of the Bible and how it fits together, this is perfect for you. Led by Greg Shear and Wayne Dymacek

2.     The Way of the Righteous in the Muck of Life: Studies in Psalms 1-12 - Meeting in room 204. Except for Psalm 1, the first twelve Psalms are the most neglected of all. Yet they hold the wisdom of God for maintaining encouraged faithfulness while enduring “wickedness all around, a world hostile to the true God, and deceit and persecution from His enemies.”  Led by Michael Anderson, Lucas Morel, Curt Wilbur, and Rick Kirgis

3.     Grace Together: Meeting in Room 205. This is a weekly study for those interested in membership and for current members on Biblical topics relating to the local church as a God-ordained body of believers which God brings together as His instrument towards deeper discipleship and love for Jesus. It is a discussion format led by Paul Carter and guests along the way.

Come every week or as you are able. You’re always welcome.
